All Star Gymnastics offers a competitive team that has gymnasts ranging from level 3 through level 10, with State Champions and Regional Qualifiers. We also now offer a large Prep Op Program. With one of the largest teams in the Midlands we are sure to have something to offer you.

Practice Schedules:
Level 3’s: T&TH -3:30-5:30
Fridays- 4-6pm
Level 4’s: M&W  3:30-6:30
Fridays-4-7pm
Level 5’s: M&W 4:30-7:30, Fri. 4-7 
 2nd yr level 5′s optional Sat. 9-12
Levels 6 & up: M,W&TH: 4:30-7:30, Opt. Tues. 4:30-7:30
Saturdays- 9-12pm
Prep Op Silver: T, TH 4:30-7:30, Friday 4-7
Prep Op Platinum: M, W, TH, 4:30-7:30,Sat. 9am-12 pm

Prep Op Gold: M,W, Th 4:30-7:30, Opt. Sat. 9am-12pm
